Consultations
During the veterinary consultation, one of our veterinary surgeons will talk to you about your pet and take a medical history. They will examine your pet and perform any simple tests that may be required.
Should you wish to see a particular vet then please inform our client care team when you phone for an appointment so that they can arrange this for you. If this is not the case, as we have a diverse team of veterinary surgeons, each with their own areas of interest, our client care team may suggest that your pet sees a particular vet depending on the condition.
We offer consultations 7 days a week at our Nantwich Hospital and Monday to Saturday at our branch surgeries. We have appointments up until 9pm Monday-Thursday at Nantwich and a vet on call to see any non-routine / emergency appointments outside of these times. Our hospital is staffed 24hrs so there is no danger that your pet would be left unattended outside of our normal opening hours.
Out Of Hours Consultations
Our hospital is staffed 24 hours. Should your pet need to see a vet outside of our ‘normal’ opening hours you will call the usual number and speak to one of our out of hours customer care team who will ensure that your details are passed to the veterinary surgeon to give you a call. Patients that are seen out of hours will be advised to come to the Nantwich hospital for examination and treatment.
Second Opinion Consultations
If you would like to see one of our veterinary surgeons for a second opinion, we are likely to need your pet’s medical records from your previous veterinary surgery. This would assist us in identifying tests and procedures that may have already been done that we may not need to repeat.
Referral Consultations
Your regular vet may have asked for your pet to be seen by one of our referral vets. Please contact the practice for prices and to make an appointment.
