General Terms and Conditions 2017

All treatments and scans to be carried out at the Nantwich Equine Centre.

Payment - The full amount of the A.I. package will be payable at the beginning of the mares first cycle. (Please Note: Credit card details will be taken on the admission of the mare) If additional packages are required, these will be charged when the mare restarts another cycle and payment will be needed in full. Additional fees including livery and work excluded from the package will require payment when collecting the mare from the clinic. Owners who send a third party to collect their mare must make arrangements to pay in advance of collection.

Semen - When your mare has reached the stage of insemination, it is the owner's responsibility to arrange the collection of the semen and ensure it arrives. If semen is to be posted from your selected stud, it is not the responsibility of the Equine Centre for the failure of semen to arrive on time.

Vaccinations & Worming - It is highly recommended that all mares are up to date with vaccinations. Please note, mares and foals will be wormed on arrival at the owner's expense.

Return Postage Fees - For the return of frozen semen to the stud, all postage fees incurred by the practice will be payable by the client. (Some studs have their own return arrangements so this may not be applicable to all clients)
