We operate our own emergency service from our own hospital - you will never be asked to travel to another practice for veterinary attention out of hours.

Veterinary Nurses
To allow us to provide a high standard of treatment and care 24 hours a day we employ a dedicated team of 30 veterinary nurses. The veterinary nursing profession is strictly controlled by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Fully qualified and trainee nurses are encouraged in all aspects of their professional development with in-house training and day-release courses. Our nurses run well-pet and juvenile pet clinics.
Receptionists
Our team of 7 receptionists are always happy to help with any queries, book appointments and dispense drugs and pet food. They are also trained as Pet Insurance Advisors and Pet Nutrition Counsellors.
