We operate our own emergency service from our own hospital - you will never be asked to travel to another practice for veterinary attention out of hours.
About Us
Nantwich Veterinary Group, formerly Wilson McWilliam and Partners was established in 1877 at 29 Barker Street. It is one of the largest dairy practices in the country but over the last two decades the equine and companion animal areas of the practice have grown rapidly. In 1998 the small animal department moved into purpose built veterinary hospital premises at Crewe Road End where we see both our own clients and referrals from local vets.To obtain the title of “Veterinary Hospital” the building had to meet demanding requirements, in layout, facilities and equipment, set out by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
Nantwich Veterinary Group equine department has been based at Home Farm, part of Reaseheath College, since 1994. As those of you who have visited us recently will have noticed, we are running out of space, so, to continue to offer the very best service to our clients, we are developing a new equine clinic at Hurleston, and will keep you updated as the construction continues to completion.
