We operate our own emergency service from our own hospital - you will never be asked to travel to another practice for veterinary attention out of hours.
Our Staff
Our Small Animal Veterinary Team not only offer routine services such as neutering and vaccinations but also specialise in a range of fields. Our Veterinary Surgeons have Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Certificates or Diplomas in Small Animal Surgery, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Dermatology and Small Animal Medicine.
Vicky Johnson - RVN
Vicky joined the Practice in June 2010 as a qualified Veterinary Nurse. She qualified in 2008 following the completion of her honours degree in Veterinary Nursing from the Royal Veterinary College in London. Her main interests are surgical nursing and anaesthesia. Vicky regularly acts as a scrub nurse and assists our surgeons with orthopaedic surgery including hip replacements. Vicky is a member of her local young farmers group and was secretary of the young farmers in 2010. Vicky enjoys caring for rescue cats and has a three legged cat called Mary.
